December 2018 Art on Tap and Circular Abstraction Opening Reception

This month’s Art on Tap also doubled as the opening to The Westmoreland’s newest exhibition, Circular Abstractions.  265 guests attended the event.  The evening was sponsored by Dollar Bank and music was provided by Detention.
